2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is necessary to process your return.

  3. Prepare the Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Ensure the RMA number is included in the return package.

  4. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
